WESTFIELD, Massachusetts (July 11, 2022) – Who says you can't go home?

The Westfield Starfires have had just four games in the past three weeks at Billy Bullens Field, but this week features as many games in the Whip City as the last three combined.

The headline is unquestionably Saturday's contest at 1:00 p.m. against the Worcester Bravehearts. That game will be featured on NESN, marking the first time that Bullens Field has been the site of a matchup on the premier sports network in New England.

At the time the game was announced, Westfield Mayor Michael A. McCabe said “It’s a privilege to have the Starfires game broadcast live, highlighting Westfield. I am looking forward to a great game, and an enthusiastic crowd to showcase Westfield’s strong tradition in baseball.”

However, fans have plenty of opportunity to catch the hometown squad before Saturday. The Nashua Silver Knights will be in town twice, playing Tuesday and Thursday in Westfield at 6:30 p.m., while the Brockton Rox are also in town on Friday at 6:30 p.m.

The Starfires do have two away games during the week, both in Worcester; Westfield heads to Fitton Field on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

Tickets are available for each home game at the above links, or at the Bullens Field Box Office, starting at $10.
